Are you new to Enova Nutrition & Fitness? If so, we would love to learn a little more about you, so our personal trainers can better help you reach your goals. Be sure to fill out our survey above. Then, we can get started on crafting a custom nutrition plan, men’s or women’s private fitness training plan, or weight loss coach strategy that suits you. We can’t wait until you join us! Our team is proud to develop plans for new and existing members all throughout New Haven, Hartford, Guilford, Madison, Wallingford, Fairfield, Hamden, Cheshire, CT, and the surrounding areas.

Although we highly recommend completing the survey first so that we may accommodate your schedule more effectively, feel free to contact us or view our live schedule below. This will give you a glimpse of the various strength training and sports performance training sessions we offer, ensuring you can plan your fitness journey with us efficiently.

Our gym hours are as follows:

Mondays – Fridays:
6 AM – 11 AM
3 PM – 7 PM

Saturdays:
8 AM – Noon
