4. How to enter and enrollment pricing
Enrollment and payment are required. Participants may register online or in person, subject to availability. The enrollment fee purchases the fitness, assessment, coaching, facility-access, and accountability services included in the selected tier; it is not a wager or payment solely for a chance to win.

- Teammate requests: Participants may request specific teammates. Requests will be strongly considered but cannot be guaranteed as Enova works to balance teams.
- Scoring: The three members’ points are combined throughout the challenge. First, second, and third place are determined by the highest, next-highest, and third-highest accumulated team totals under the official Supernova scoring system.
- Individual eligibility: Team members remain eligible for individual awards based solely on their own individual points.
- Minimum participation: If too few teams are formed to conduct a meaningful team competition, Enova may forgo the team portion and reimburse all team-entry add-on fees.
Incomplete registration, failed payment, or failure to comply with the applicable enrollment requirements may result in rejection or disqualification.
5. Required enrollment forms
Enrollment is not complete until all applicable forms have been completed and accepted by Enova:
- Supernova Participant Profile — required for every participant to provide goals, preferences, and starting-point information.
- Supernova-Specific Waiver — required for every participant before kickoff.
- Release Waiver — required for each adult participant.
- Gym Terms and Agreement Form — required when applicable to the participant’s facility access. Enova may confirm that a current agreement already on file remains valid.
- Parental Consent Waiver — relevant only if Enova separately permits a minor to participate in an authorized non-prize capacity. Prize-eligible competitors must be at least 18.
6. Official point system
View or download the official Supernova 2026 Rules & Points System (PDF).
Participants may earn up to 16 core points per scoring week: 5 workout points, 5 meal-logging points, 3 Weekly Meal Prep Photo points, and 3 Power Play points. There are no Spree bonuses. Official-event and body-composition points are additional.
| Category | How points are earned | Maximum | Verification |
|---|---|---|---|
| Workouts | 1 point per qualifying workout day. Workout days are lifting sessions by default; up to 2 lifting days per week may be replaced with qualifying cardio. | 5 per week | MyPTHub, attendance, or audit |
| Meals logged | 1 point per complete, mindful day of meals logged, up to 5 days during the scoring week | 5 per week | MyPTHub and random Meal Checks |
| Meal Prep Photo | Submit 1 qualifying weekly photo showing several days of real-meal preparation, or complete the approved three-day alternative | 3 per week | Weekly photo submission |
| Power Play | Complete the announced weekly challenge or check-in | 3 per week | Required task or check-in |
| Official events | Attend an approved Supernova event | 3 per event | Staff attendance record |
| Body composition | Calculate both favorable percentage-change results, then award only the higher point total: 4 points per 1% SMM gained or 1 point per 1% body-fat percentage reduced | Event total | Initial-to-final percentage change |
Qualifying workouts
A qualifying workout is a purposeful, structured session completed on the date logged. Workout-point days must be lifting sessions by default. To reach the five-point weekly target, a participant may replace up to two lifting days with qualifying cardio. Cardio is optional, and no more than two cardio days may earn workout points in one week. Sessions may include an Enova appointment, approved class, booked gym-access session, assigned MyPTHub workout, approved independent lifting or cardio session, run, cardio-machine workout, or another purposeful conditioning session. The official Lake Wintergreen Hike and Sleeping Giant Hike may qualify when designated as workout-eligible; no other hike is an official Supernova hike unless Enova amends these rules in writing.
- Generally at least 30 minutes, unless an Enova trainer specifically assigns a shorter session.
- Logged in MyPTHub on the day performed with meaningful details such as exercises, sets, repetitions, weights, distance, duration, or activity type.
- Normal daily steps, chores, incidental movement, duplicate entries, or a preset workout marked complete without being performed do not qualify.
Enova appointments, approved classes, gym visits, and official events may be verified through attendance records. Independent workouts may be audited without advance notice. Supporting evidence may include an activity-tracker summary, cardio-machine summary, gym check-in, timestamped photo, completed exercise details, or other reasonable evidence accepted by Enova.
Complete meal-logging days, Meal Prep Photo, and Meal Checks
A daily meal-logging point rewards complete, mindful tracking. The full day’s entries should honestly reflect healthy, balanced eating. Participants must record everything consumed that day in MyPTHub, use portions and ingredients that reasonably reflect what was consumed, include at least one healthy, balanced meal, complete the log the same day, and avoid copying a preset meal unless it genuinely matches what was eaten. A participant may earn no more than 5 meal-logging points in one scoring week.
Weekly Meal Prep Photo: Once each scoring week, a participant may earn 3 points by submitting one qualifying Meal Prep Photo. It must show real meals—not a protein shake—and display several days of meal preparation together in one submission. If a participant cannot meal prep, the participant may instead submit qualifying photos showing three days’ worth of healthy meals during that scoring week. These 3 points are scored separately from the five available daily meal-logging points.
Enova may issue unannounced Meal Checks. When selected, the participant must photograph the next applicable meal before eating, include drinks, sauces, and sides, submit within the stated window (normally three hours), enter it accurately in MyPTHub, ensure the photo and log reasonably match, and demonstrate that the meal is healthy and balanced.
Body-composition scoring and prize eligibility
Initial and final InBody scans and required progress photographs are mandatory for prize eligibility. Scan completion itself does not earn points. Enova will calculate the favorable percentage change from each participant's initial baseline to final measurement for both Skeletal Muscle Mass (SMM) gained and body-fat percentage reduced. SMM percentage gained is calculated as ((final SMM - initial SMM) / initial SMM) × 100. Body-fat percentage reduction is calculated as ((initial body-fat percentage - final body-fat percentage) / initial body-fat percentage) × 100. SMM change is scored at 4 points per 1% gained; body-fat change is scored at 1 point per 1% reduced. Enova will compare the two resulting point totals and award only the higher total. The two results are not combined. For example, a 3% body-fat reduction produces 3 points, while a 1% SMM gain produces 4 points; only the 4 SMM points are awarded.
Scans must occur at Enova during the published windows using designated equipment and the announced preparation protocol. Results can vary because of hydration, food, exercise, clothing, and other factors. Enova may require a repeat scan when a result appears unreliable or inconsistent with the protocol.
Provisional points, audits, and corrections
All points remain provisional until verified. Enova may review MyPTHub entries, community photos, preset-meal use, workout details, attendance, and other submitted evidence. Late, incomplete, inconsistent, unverifiable, duplicated, or fabricated entries may be denied or removed. When practicable, a participant may explain or correct an honest mistake before weekly scoring closes.
A participant unable to attend an official event may complete an Enova-approved substitute within one week when a substitute is offered. Substitutions are not automatic and must follow the announced requirements.
7. Winner selection, prizes, and recognition
After verification, the eligible participants with the three highest total point scores will place first, second, and third. If a tie-breaker is required, SMM lost or body fat gained may count as negative compensation when relevant. Enova will apply objective, verified competition results, make the final determination, and will not use a random drawing or chance-based method.
Previous Champion eligibility
- The previous champion may participate fully, accumulate points, and appear on the leaderboard as “Previous Champion - Team Eligible Only.”
- If the previous champion’s point total would otherwise earn an individual placement or prize, that placement and prize pass to the next highest-scoring eligible participant.
- The previous champion is excluded from individual-prize tie-breakers.
- The previous champion may join an eligible three-person team. All qualifying points count toward the team total, with full eligibility for team awards and team tie-breakers.
- To receive team-prize eligibility, the previous champion must pay for standard individual enrollment and separately purchase the optional Team Competition add-on. Individual enrollment covers the full event experience; the add-on provides team-prize eligibility.
First place
Cash prize and Supernova Champion trophy.
Second place
Enova gift card.
Third place
Enova gift card.
Finisher recognition
Each enrolled participant who remains in and completes the competition receives a special-edition Supernova finisher shirt. Participants who withdraw or drop out before completion are not eligible.
Team podium
Team placement is determined entirely by each team’s accumulated Supernova points:
- First-place team: A $125 Enova gift card and an exclusive Supernova hoodie for every eligible team member.
- Second-place team: A $75 Enova gift card for every eligible team member.
- Third-place team: A $50 Enova gift card for every eligible team member.
Final team assignments will be published before the competition begins.
Potential winners will be notified in person and by email after final scoring. Eligibility, score, identity, and required tax information must be verified before a winner is confirmed. Prizes are non-transferable. Enova may substitute a non-cash prize with one of equal or greater value if it becomes unavailable. Winners are responsible for applicable federal, state, and local taxes; Enova will follow applicable reporting requirements.
All registered participants receive a 10% discount on eligible supplement purchases during the competition, subject to availability and any announced exclusions.
8. Health, safety, privacy, and publicity
Health and safety
Supernova involves physical exercise, nutritional tracking, outdoor activities, and body-composition assessment. These activities involve risks, including strains, falls, illness, changes in blood sugar or blood pressure, and other injuries or medical complications. Participants should consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning, particularly if pregnant, using medication, injured, or managing a cardiovascular, metabolic, orthopedic, eating-related, or other health concern.
Enova’s coaching, nutrition education, scoring, and InBody assessments are not medical diagnosis or treatment and do not replace professional medical care. Participants should stop activity and seek appropriate assistance if they experience concerning symptoms.
Privacy
Enova may collect contact information, attendance, workout and nutrition logs, photographs, InBody results, and other information reasonably necessary for coaching, safety, scoring, verification, dispute resolution, and prize administration. Third-party platforms may have separate privacy terms.
Publicity
Enova may announce a verified winner’s name, placement, team, and prize to report competition results. Broader advertising use of a participant’s likeness, testimonial, progress photographs, body-composition results, or transformation story requires separate authorization unless otherwise permitted by law. Declining optional promotional authorization will not affect eligibility.
9. Refunds, conduct, changes, and liability
Refunds and cancellation rights
Refunds and cancellations are governed by the participant’s signed Gym Terms and Agreement and applicable law. Nothing in these rules waives a non-waivable consumer right. If Enova cancels Supernova before it begins, Enova will refund amounts paid for services not provided. If the program is materially shortened or modified, Enova will provide an appropriate refund, credit, substitute service, or other remedy consistent with applicable law and services already delivered.
Conduct and disqualification
Enova may remove points, declare prize ineligibility, or disqualify a participant for falsifying records; intentionally manipulating scans; harassing others; engaging in unsafe or disruptive conduct; interfering with scoring systems; or materially violating these rules or facility policies. When practicable, Enova will identify the reason and allow the participant to report a factual or scoring error. Immediate action may be taken for safety, fraud, or serious misconduct.
Program changes
Enova may reasonably reschedule activities because of weather, facility conditions, instructor availability, safety concerns, public-health conditions, or circumstances outside its control. Enova may cancel, suspend, or modify the competition if fraud, technical failure, natural disaster, or another circumstance materially compromises safety, fairness, or integrity. Changes will be communicated promptly and will preserve earned points and paid-for services to the extent reasonably possible.
Limitations of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Enova is not responsible for late, incomplete, corrupted, or misdirected electronic submissions; temporary third-party application or network failures; events outside Enova’s reasonable control; or a participant’s failure to follow instructions, safety requirements, or deadlines. Nothing in these rules excludes liability or waives a right that cannot legally be excluded or waived.
Score disputes and governing law
Scoring questions should be submitted promptly in writing to info@enovafit.com with the activity, date, disputed points, and supporting evidence. These rules are governed by Connecticut law. If a provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
