Get ready to shred winter weight, lean out and build unstoppable momentum heading into summer. The Spring Into Summer Challenge is a 6-week fat-loss focused transformation designed to help you reduce body fat, build discipline and create habits that last well beyond June.
All tiers — members and non-members — begin together with this high-energy team launch session.
Closing Event + Winner Announcement: We’ll finish strong with our Closing Event Class on Saturday, June 13th at 11:00 AM — and immediately following class, we’ll announce the winner(s) of the challenge.
Challenge Focus
This challenge is centered around measurable progress using professional InBody scans to track your body fat percentage change from start to finish. Results are based on percentage change in body fat, ensuring a fair and motivating competition for all fitness levels.

How It Works
Participants complete a baseline InBody scan and a final scan. Your results are based on percentage change in body fat, ensuring a fair competition across all levels.
Weekly Performance Standards
Each week runs Monday through Sunday. Rather than tracking individual points, participants follow a set of weekly performance standards designed to reinforce consistency, accountability and measurable progress throughout the challenge.
- Log and submit meals daily to reinforce awareness and consistency
- Complete a minimum of 5 workouts per week
- Workouts must be 30 minutes or longer to qualify
- Maintain an average heart rate of 120 bpm or higher during training
- Prioritize whole foods and minimize highly processed foods to support optimal body composition changes
These standards are not about perfection — they are about building sustainable habits, showing up consistently and creating momentum that lasts well beyond the six-week challenge.

Awards are based on percentage change in body fat from baseline to final scan.

1st Place — Gold Challenge Medal + $500 CASH or an Enova Gift Card valued at $600

Once enrolled, you will be assigned to a trainer-led team and officially registered for the
Spring Into Summer Kickoff Circuit Class on Saturday, April 25th at 8:00 AM.
This class launches the challenge for all participants together.
We’ll wrap up with our Closing Event Class on Saturday, June 13th at 11:00 AM — with the
winner(s) announced immediately after class.
