Official Rules
-
1. Sponsor
The Spring Into Summer Challenge (“Challenge”) is sponsored and administered by Enova Nutrition & Fitness Center (“Enova,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
-
2. Eligibility
The Challenge is open to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry and who properly register through an approved Enova registration method. Participants must complete all required registration steps, agree to these Official Rules, and comply with Enova’s facility policies, waiver requirements, and challenge procedures.
Employees, independent contractors, trainers, or immediate family members of Enova staff may be restricted from prize eligibility if Enova determines that participation would create a conflict of interest or the appearance of unfairness.
-
3. Challenge Period
The official Challenge period begins on Monday, April 27, 2026 and ends on Saturday, June 13, 2026. Enova reserves the right to adjust scan windows, class dates, announcement timing, or administrative deadlines if reasonably necessary for scheduling, safety, equipment availability, staffing, weather, or other operational reasons.
-
4. Entry and Registration
Entry requires paid registration in one of the offered Spring Into Summer Challenge tiers or registration options made available by Enova. Registration is not complete until payment is successfully processed and the participant has received confirmation of enrollment.
Registration fees, included services, and tier-specific features will be described on the applicable enrollment page. By registering, participants acknowledge that they are purchasing access to a structured fitness and accountability challenge experience and not purchasing a guaranteed outcome or guaranteed prize.
-
5. Skill-Based Competition; No Random Drawing
This Challenge is a skill-based wellness and body composition competition. Winners are not selected at random. The Grand Prize is awarded based on measurable challenge performance as defined in these Official Rules.
-
6. How Performance Is Measured
Challenge results will be based on percentage change in body fat between a participant’s approved baseline InBody scan and approved final InBody scan(s), as recorded by Enova during the designated scan periods. The participant with the best qualifying result under these Official Rules will be declared the winner, subject to verification.
For fairness, Enova uses percentage change in body fat rather than simple pounds lost. -
7. Required Baseline and Final Scans
To remain eligible for prize consideration, participants must complete:
- one approved baseline scan during the official baseline window designated by Enova; and
- at least one approved final scan during the official final scan window designated by Enova.
Enova may allow participants to complete up to two (2) final scans where stated on the challenge materials. If two final scans are permitted, the better qualifying result may be used, as determined by Enova.
-
8. Scan Standards and Fairness Procedures
Because body composition testing can be influenced by hydration, meals, exercise, and other variables, participants agree to make a good-faith effort to follow Enova’s scan-preparation guidance. Enova may issue scan instructions regarding timing, hydration, food intake, exercise, caffeine, attire, footwear, or other factors that support consistency.
Enova reserves the right to reject, invalidate, reschedule, or require a repeat scan if a scan appears compromised, manipulated, incomplete, unsafe, or inconsistent with challenge procedures.
-
9. Prize Details
The Grand Prize for the Spring Into Summer Challenge is:
- $500 cash, or
- a $600 Enova gift card
The precise prize form may be offered as an election by Enova, or Enova may establish reasonable redemption procedures, pickup deadlines, and documentation requirements. Gift cards, credits, or other non-cash prizes may be subject to their own terms, expiration rules if any, and non-transferability restrictions as allowed by law.
-
10. Tie-Breaker
In the event of a tie in percentage body fat change, Enova will apply the following tie-breaker(s), in this order, until the tie is resolved:
- greater absolute reduction in body fat percentage points;
- greater improvement in overall body composition as reflected by Enova’s official scan records; and
- if still tied, final determination by Enova using a consistent, good-faith review of verified challenge data.
-
11. Verification and Final Authority
All results, rankings, and prize eligibility are subject to verification by Enova. Enova reserves the right to review scan records, attendance data, participant conduct, registration status, and any other relevant challenge information before confirming a winner. Enova’s decisions regarding eligibility, rule interpretation, scoring, and prize award are final and binding.
-
12. Disqualification
Enova may disqualify any participant, with or without notice, for conduct that Enova determines in its sole discretion to be unfair, unsafe, deceptive, abusive, disruptive, or inconsistent with the spirit of the Challenge. Grounds for disqualification may include, without limitation:
- attempting to manipulate scan results or challenge records;
- failing to comply with official scan procedures or deadlines;
- providing false registration information;
- harassing staff or participants; or
- violating Enova policies, waivers, or facility rules.
-
13. Health and Safety Disclaimer
This Challenge is intended to support healthy lifestyle habits, accountability, and community engagement. Results will vary by individual. Enova does not guarantee fat loss, body composition change, or any specific physical outcome.
Participation in exercise, physical training, nutrition modification, and body composition testing involves inherent risks. By participating, each entrant represents that they are voluntarily participating and that they should seek appropriate medical guidance where needed. Participants remain responsible for listening to their body and for disclosing any relevant limitations as required by Enova’s waiver and intake procedures.
-
14. No Medical Advice

Participants should consult an appropriate licensed professional regarding any medical condition, restriction, or concern.
-
15. Publicity, Photos, and Leaderboards
Enova may offer challenge leaderboards, team updates, event photos, social media features, or other promotional materials related to the Challenge. Personal transformation details, images, testimonials, names, or rankings will only be publicly used in accordance with any consent or release provided by the participant.
Enova may internally use challenge data for administration, scoring, and winner verification whether or not a participant opts into public promotional use.
-
16. Privacy and Challenge Data
By entering, participants acknowledge that Enova may collect and use registration information, attendance records, and body composition data for legitimate challenge administration purposes, including eligibility review, score calculation, communication, and prize fulfillment. Enova will not intentionally publish private body composition data without consent except as reasonably necessary to administer the Challenge, comply with law, or resolve disputes.
-
17. Refunds and Transfers
Unless a separate written refund policy expressly states otherwise, challenge registration fees are non-refundable once the participant is enrolled, staffing and scheduling commitments are made, or challenge access has begun. Registrations may not be transferred except with Enova’s prior written approval.
-
18. Taxes and Required Documentation
Winners are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes, reporting obligations, or other costs associated with accepting or using a prize. Enova may require a winner to complete reasonable documentation before prize release if required by law or by Enova’s accounting procedures.
-
19. Modification, Suspension, or Cancellation
Enova reserves the right to modify, interpret, suspend, or cancel the Challenge, in whole or in part, if fraud, technical issues, equipment issues, scheduling conflicts, health or safety concerns, force majeure, or other circumstances impair the integrity, fairness, feasibility, or proper administration of the Challenge. If this occurs, Enova may take such action as it deems fair and appropriate under the circumstances.
-
20. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, by entering this Challenge each participant agrees that Enova and its owners, officers, staff, trainers, contractors, and representatives shall not be liable for any claim, loss, injury, damage, or expense arising out of or relating to participation in the Challenge, attendance at challenge events, body composition testing, prize acceptance, or prize use, except as otherwise required by law.
-
21. Governing Interpretation
These Official Rules shall be interpreted in good faith to preserve the validity and intended operation of the Challenge. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
